Modify file or folder create/modify/access dates from the command line. It can change dates using either a reference file or a series of YEAR, MONTH, DAY, HOUR, MIN, SEC, MSEC commands. It can handle read-only files.
Features: DirDate is a command line tool. It can easily be automated to change folder and file last modification date, creation date or last access date. You can use a reference file or a set of commands to change these times. With the reference file approach, the date and time in the file is used to update the time stamp on the target file. The set of commands to modify the time stamp include year, month, day, hour, min, sec and msec commands. You can use the preview to confirm that the files have actually been modified.
It is possible to set the time down to increments of 0.1 microseconds. It is possible to modify the time stamp up or down by amounts you need to in terms of the increment step.
Overall: A nice tool to tweak the time stamp on files. Though, it is not clear how so fine a time refinement is useful.
